Refund & Return Policy


Thank you for shopping with Ojije Lifestyle. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and safety, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

 

However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at ojijelifestyle@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item 

If your item arrives broken, leaking, or incorrect, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review the case and either refund or resend your item based on the situation.

 

Non-Returnable items
Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on items that have been:

  • Opened or used

  • Tampered with

  • Returned after 7 days of delivery

All returned products, if any, are discarded and not restocked for safety reasons.

 

Refunds (If Approved)

Refunds (when issued) will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
